Baling Wire Break Detector
Recycle Direct has designed and developed a reliable baling wire break detector for balers.
Our wire break detector is a stand-alone unit with the ability to be retrofitted on a baler and to reliably detect wire breakage when tying off bales.
The system will allow processors to save thousands of pounds on reprocessing costs. The system will alert the operator when a wire breaks before any bales are produced with missing wires leading to the bales being rejected and having to be reprocessed. This system can also detect frozen or seized rollers.
The system is currently undergoing on-site trials with a full release due within the next couple of weeks.
